1.Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:

Important: We do not guarantee a match or marriage outcome. Users are responsible for their own interactions decisions and their choice of matches. We provide matches according to user described preferences.

b. Refund Policy

User Code of Conduct
As a member of International-soulmates, you agree to:

5. Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior immediately.
Users who breach these standards may be banned without refund.
16.Refund Policy
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for:
• Unused services
• Technical malfunctions preventing use
• Accidental duplicate charges
We do not offer refunds for:
• Services already rendered
• Account termination due to policy violations
• Change of mind after full use
